A long contract to join a professional creative services department, acting as a key member of a small and well motivated team.
Working alongside a Creative Services Manager you will help in all areas of the department's activities, including providing advice and support to internal clients on print and production issues and supplier selection.
On a day-to-day basis you will be ensuring archiving and other administrative functions are effectively managed, handling any supplier contacts / relationships, dealing with requests for images / logos / brand guidelines etc. Overall, a varied and busy creative services role working with some great imagery and creative resources.
You should have relevant experienced gained agency-side or within a creative services / marketing team, with knowledge of print and creative production and the confidence to brief suppliers, attend press passes etc.
As a person you will be a flexible and adaptable team-player, willing to go above and beyond to ensure that you provide a first-class service to colleagues in other areas of the organisation.
You will be joining a not-for-profit organisation with an instantly recognisable consumer brand, operating high-profile and worthwhile sectors.
