This must be one of the most attractive Online Marketing roles currently being recruited in the NW.
Covering a dual brand consumer proposition in the home furnishings and childrens goods markets, my client is looking for an online commercial leader who can manage a senior new media function and drive forward commercial online strategy across the two brands.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing, E-Commerce, and IT teams to realise realistic and timely delivery of new online marketing initiatives, including improvements to the Division's own websites. They will be passionate about e-commerce and possess a proven track record in online marketing and specifically PPC, online display & email marketing.
This position will play a key role in the strategic direction for digital media within the Division, ensuring that the Department (and Marketing teams) remain updated on the latest digital developments and best practice within online marketing campaign management.
Key responsibilities include:
ØPlanning, managing and executing UK and Ireland e-marketing plans for the brand including PPC search, 3rd party promotions, Online display and Media planning and buying.
ØOn-going performance optimisation to the campaigns, with responsibility for developing a 'culture of analysis' within the Department.
ØAnalysis of the campaign data in order to generate meaningful positive improvements and ROI uplifts.
ØCreating and maintaining a reporting framework, which provides the basis for regular reports and analysis.
ØEnsuring that the Division's web content & design is up-to-date and continually developing, and managing the workload of the E-Commerce Executives.
ØActively managing and developing the E-Commerce Executives, and E-Designer.
The ideal candidate will have experience of running online marketing campaigns and multiple Content Management Systems. They should be able to show evidence of how campaigns have been optimised on an on-going basis and how they have managed multiple projects.
They should have experience of campaign reporting and analysis, be a team player with the ability to manage people and keep morale up. They should also have basic knowledge of HTML principles.
