Ou clinet is a regional housing association operating principally in Hertfordshire and East Buckinghamshire providing a wide range of housing and support services for families and single people including people with special needs.
They are seeking to recruit a proactive and effective Manager to lead their communications team providing PR, Marketing, property sales and governance services to the company and external customers.
You will work with the Chef Executive Officer and other staff to proactively promote the the company to their stakeholders, customers, media and the general public, ensuring the best possible profile of our client is projected.
Working with the Sales Manager, you will ensure that that the company's new Shared Ownership homes are sold promptly and in accordance with their policies. As well as organising corporate marketing, PR material and events, you will also oversee the development and production of newsletters, annual reports and other key publications.
You will also oversee the provision of effective support to their service, staff and board members, playing an active part in ensuring that the guidance arrangements are in place.
They are looking for a confident manager who has sound relevant experience probably with in PR or marketing coupled with excellent computer and organisational skills.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need the flexibility to attend occasional weekend and evening events and be a car driver.
