Our client is a well established organisation in the North West who are recruiting and developing there team in a variety of areas. You will be working in a large team who are assisting SME's across the North West. Providing advice and guidance across a variety of different sectors.
Your role is based internally were you will speak to customers providing advice and guidance were is relevant, building relationships and providing high levels of customers service. Knowledge of SME's or start up businesses would be of a great advantage, previously owning a small start up company yourself or having knowledge in this area would be an advantage.
Excellent research and analytical skills are required, with solid customer services skills. You will be providing assistance and advice over the phone, fax and email and relaying any information internally.
