Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for market researcher to be part of a young and vibrant team within this leading education facility. You will be responsible for monitoring student opinion by managing an annual programme of research to achieve certain objectives.

You will manage the research including measuring quality of service through customer satisfaction, collecting competitor information, and monitor customer suggestions and complaints scheme. you will also carry out research briefings, make recommendations for research, source relevant information on youth trends, develop ways to promote research and manage casual staff to maintain high standards of data.

You will have experience of market research techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, design questionnaires and be able to analyse raw data. With strong communication skills you will be confident in presenting and able to influence people.
