This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known name within the education sector. This 18-month contract (potential to go permanent) will see you working in their fast paced and creative marketing department implementing and managing their research programme.
A varied role that will see you initiate, interpret and manage market intelligence that will inform, anticipate and develop student communications and services.
You will be exposed to questionnaire design/delivery, focus groups, customer satisfaction programmes, presentations and brand building sessions.
The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of market research techniques e.g. qualitative/quantitative methods, have strong analyses skills (the ability to use Excel), be comfortable making recommendations to senior staff, posses strong influencing skills and be able to manage and motivate team members.
Experience of promoting research, budgeting for projects and carrying out research online would also be beneficial for interview.
