Job Description:
Our client is the Governments leading procurement services organisation for the UK and they are currently looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive marketing activity for current and new products as the Networks category develops its category strategy, plans and product development to meet its business plan objectives. Initially a 5 month temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
Reporting into the Head of Product Marketing, key responsibilities will include:
·To develop and execute an effective marketing plan to support the category range of goods and services.
·To integrate Category plans with Sector strategies and complimentary Categories.
·To ensure that the interface and communication with the category management team is effective and efficient.
·To make recommendations on the appropriate customer propositions for the category along with the relevant delivery channel.
·To support suppliers marketing activities.
·To provide accurate product content to support the marketing communications team.
·To assist in new product development.
·To manage the relevant brand aspect of the product set and category.
Applicant Requirements:
The successful candidate will have relevant senior marketing and communications experience in either the public sector i.e. Public Sector to Public Sector or in a B2B environment.
