Our client is a global provider for Education solutions. The private business provides qualifications that range from ICT for schools to the International Degree Pathway in Business or IT. Their programmes are recognised by universities, professional bodies and employers all over the world.
As a developement of their internal marketing function, the buisness are currently looking to recruit for 2 marketing executives who will be fully involved in the brand communications of the business internationally.
Overview of Role:
Provide Marketing support for Accredited Partners and create, implement and manage a regional marketing strategy and to build brand awareness, to ensure that our client is the Higher education provider of first choice throughout their global regions.
Main Tasks:
·Draw up and execute a strategic marketing plan that will underpin the overall group global strategy
·Develop and manage the marketing budget for the regional offices including allocation, phasing and variance reporting
·Set and achieve brand objectives
·Identify and drive market research to strengthen brand performance
·Manage brand marketing mix; including advertising (TV, print, radio, billboards), pull-factor in schools, public relations, trade promotions, student fairs , sponsorships and web-site
·Be responsible for collating market intelligence regarding potential clients, customers, competitors and any other related information in the education area
·Take an active role in the design, development and production of all marketing-related materials according to general marketing plans, including brochures, flyers, training materials, and other items
·Take responsibility for website development and maintenance in line with marketing and positioning guidelines
·Work with Business Development Managers for specific marketing activity in assigned territories.
·Plan and co-ordinate regional conferences, training seminars, etc. for all the training centres
Skills and Knowledge
·Excellent command of English/ good communication skills
·Brand management experience
·Experience in Budgetary control & cost control management
·Self motivated, highly organised and able to take responsibility
·Assertive - good leadership capabilities
·Strategically perceptive
·Competent and have good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook and MS Excel
·Public relations experience
·Working knowledge of market research and competitor analysis
·senior brand management experience
·Proven successful track record in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
·Marketing communications background
