You are a proactive implementer and can demonstrate an ability to define the marketing strategy and communicate effectively both 'up' and 'down' the organisation. This role would suit a self starter who is influential at all levels, comfortable with day-to-day negotiating and persuading and resolving issues. Ideally with a property or construction background you are looking to develop your career to the next level.
With strong strategic marketing experience you possess an enviable track record of strategy development. Your role as Marketing Manager will include planning and leading campaigns to drive the business forward into international markets, budget management and show extensive knowledge of the marketing mix. You must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with a drive and passion for marketing. An understanding of media opportunities within the current market is also essential.
