Job Description

You will assist in the effective planning, delivery and evaluation of a range of marketing  projects and processes including events, publications, promotional campaigns, and CRM, liaising with internal and external marketing services.

Responsibilities;
Assist in the production, distribution of the Faculty's printed publicity materials
1         Assist with the organising and delivery of events, in particular open days, and             management of student support at open days. Provide support at these events where             appropriate. Undertake event evaluation where required.
2         Establish and maintain course entries in prospectuses and directories, both print             and             web based
3         Collection of student profiles for marketing purposes
4         Provide an accurate and effective copy writing and proof reading service for the organisation's print and web based publications and adverts, ensuring             content and style is appropriate to market needs and in line with University guidelines
5                   Working closely with academic groups within the faculty and representing the             Marketing team in some faculty meetings
6            Provide support to the Marketing Officer in the area of business to business             marketing, focusing on the team's research centres
7      Co-ordinate the organisation of direct mail campaigns, including production and             delivery of printed publicity materials, writing and printing of cover letters, sourcing             and checking of databases, and liaison with fulfilment suppliers.
8           Managing and co-ordination of photographic requirements, liaison with photographers             and design studio
9           Maintain and develop relevant marketing-related web pages
10        Work with administrative teams and University central departments to         access up to date contact data and statistics for marketing purposes and update             relevant databases
11            Effectively co-ordinate and promptly respond to specific customer enquires.
