Job Description

Responsibilities:
·The development of all marketing strategy, communications and
activity plans for the organisation
·manage relationship with the COI and other agencies
·manage delivery from marketing, design and production suppliers
·manage relationships with the Regional Managers
·manage relationships with UK membership centres who will be delivering the UK online products.

The post holder will have responsibility for contributing
effectively to ensuring that the marketing plan supports the organisation's
business plan. You will ensure that the marketing plan is delivered consistently with
the UK marketing strategy.

The success of the post holder will be measured by:

their ability to use the existing body of research to create the
marketing plan
their ability to review and evaluate the success of the marketing
plan
their ability to negotiate at a senior level with national
intermediaries or suppliers
their ability to design and deliver campaigns to meet the
objectives in the marketing strategy

Person Specification:
·Minimum 8 years experience developing and delivering marketing communications programmes to meet business objectives
·
Understanding of market, customer and 'channel' needs
·
·
ATL and BTL to include DM, branding, materials knowledge
Evidence of delivery to tight timescales.
·
Evidence of delivery to agreed budgets.
·
Experience of working in a politically sensitive environment.
·
Management of PR agencies, printers, designers and other suppliers
of services as appropriate.
·
B2C and B2B marketing
·
