Job Description

Interesting PR position with topical subject matter you will be  targeting media and your stories will cover sustainability, economic and environmental impacts in a particular industry.
You must have excellent copywriting skills and a proven track record in building relationships with diverse media contacts as your target publications will include trade press, and local and national  press and broadcast media.
You must have the ability to disseminate a good story from industry jargon and often academic literature. You must be able to get good angles and be able to persuade journalists to run with your story.
You will also be organising events and arranging opportunities for commentary for key people within the organisation.
This role is to cover sickness and my client anticipates it will last at least 3 months you must be immediately available and have demonstrable PR skills.
