Our client, the UK offices of a global company, specialises in the development and delivery of interactive mobile based content and loyalty solutions for key UK mobile network providers.
As part of the company's commitment to customer insight, an opportunity has arisen for a highly capable customer marketing analyst to join the CRM team to focus on improving communication and loyalty within client customer databases.
Your brief will be to work as part of the analytics team, utilising statistical modelling techniques (profiling and segmentation, response analysis and retention) to better understand customer behaviour. You will be heavily engaged in campaign planning, report writing and will provide input in such areas as data management and integrity.
Excellent programming and analytical experience is required, however as equally important are strong communication, influencing and delivery skills.
You will be currently working within a direct marketing or similar environment and have analytical experience (customer segmentation, response & retention modelling). A knowledge of Statistics is key - including ability to design & evaluate tests - as is good solid experience in SQL or SAS
