Email Marketing Manager

Surrey

c£45k plus bonus + share options

Their UK online marketplace is their third biggest platform in the world, and they continue to focus on their twin aims of innovation and connecting people. The fact that email is their primary marketing communications channel makes this a key, high profile role across the business with enormous scope to drive innovation and roll out industry-leading e-marketing programmes.

Working with colleagues to get an understanding of business requests, you’ll develop a calendar that guides channel strategy and work collaboratively to build implementation plans. Producing creative, programme and data briefs, you’ll also conduct analysis to assess performance and have the opportunity to work across special projects.

Of degree calibre and with a successful tack record gained in marketing, you’ll bring a general understanding of data principles and technical project management. Most importantly, you’ll know internet consumer behaviour and outbound email marketing inside out, from relevant marketing principles including lifecycle messaging, and programme and test programme management, to general technologies, HTML, deliverability, creative and best practice. A strong project manager with the skills essential to managing third parties, you’ll bring a passion for business, team working and meeting customers’ needs.
