Group Account Director Retail/Electronics London Up to £60k - + bens
This creative London agency is looking for the best of the best to head up this ever growing team. Fabulous agency to join if you want to get involved in high end strategy and real conversations with clients. This is a retained account and one of the largest in the agency, so relationships exist.
The Group Account Director will head up a team of 4 people, so prior people management is essential with a clear track record of successful team direction and mentoring.
The Group Account Director's responsibilities will include:
*meeting and over delivering client expectations total ownership of the client relationship
*be able to move with this fast paced account as it evolves
*being proactive and creating new opportunities for the team
*mentoring and team management a strong leader that leads by example and is collaborative
* clear industry knowledge, particular the importance of retail
The successful Group Account Director should:
*have a true passion for electronics, sport, film and music
*be a real below-the-line specialist with a retail bias
*be able to demonstrate their commercial understanding
*have a strong creative flair
