Job title: Marketing Communications Manager
Location:Hampshire
Salary details: £25 -30K

An exciting opportunity for a marketing communications manager has just become available to work for a leading international manufacturer. Working in the operational & strategic marketing departments and serving the UK and Irish markets, you will be responsible for developing, managing and achieving various marketing, sales & PR plans as well as controlling financial budgets for campaigns. If you are a creative, innovative thinker with excellent project management skills, this may be the role for you!

Key responsibilities:

·Develop and implement PR, marketing and sales campaigns and strategies
·Research and analyse company competitors and market needs
·Liaise with area sales managers & marketing directors to develop and discuss strategic marketing aims
·Influence key managers to help achieve objectives
·Analyse and evaluate all marketing activity
·Creating marketing plan for product launches
·Ensuring all information is accurate before going to press
·Control, secure and manage large financial budgets
·Support marketing manager in budgeting process discussing and agreeing marketing expenditure
·Development and management of targeted collateral
·Implementing recovery plan for marketing campaigns

Essential Skills:

·Proven marketing experience
·Excellent project management and time management skills
·Creative, proactive and innovative thinker
·Strong negotiation and influencing skills
·Strong presentation skills
·Being able to cope with a wide variety of information and interpreting it
·Good prioritising skills and being able to meet deadlines
·Awareness of trends and market information
·Being able to challenge conventional timescales

Beneficial Skills:

·French would be an advantage
·DIPM
