Position: Marketing Executive (Ireland Business Channel)

THE ROLE:
This is an exciting new role for an experienced Marketing Executive to develop their career with a market leader. Key aspects of the role will be to create, coordinate and implement the process of the direct contact strategy for Ireland to achieve customer, revenue and channel growth in line with overall UK & IE Mail order marketing and merchandising strategy. This role will work with the UK & Ireland marketing team and the Ireland Merchant team to deliver a cohesive and comprehensive rolling program of customer and category marketing activity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Adapt and implement UK & IE marketing strategy to incorporate Irish AOP objectives, to achieve revenue and customer growth within the mail order channel in Ireland.
b) Adapt and implement UK & IE marketing strategy to incorporate Irish AOP objectives, to achieve revenue and customer growth within the mail order channel in Ireland.
c) Select and adopt marketing initiatives from defined UK and Ireland strategy for implementation in Ireland.
d) Devise promotional activity schedule for Ireland in tandem with and addition to UK initiatives.
e) Advises on budgets for promotional and advertising activity in Ireland in line Marketing budget and controls expenditure within budget.
DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) A Bachelors Degree in a marketing or business related subject, or equivalent industry experience.
b) Proven industry experience in a similar role.
c) Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.
d) Analytical awareness and ability to understand numbers.
e) Developed key category & assortment knowledge.
