Job Description

Applicants should have previous technical team leading experience and a skill set that encompasses: ASP.NET (using C#), SQL Server 2005, XML, HTML and JavaScript. Applicants must be able to show deep understanding of OOP and Agile practises such as TDD, Pair programming, design patterns & SOLID. Experience working and interacting with clients is essential and applicants must show excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Required Skills (Minimum of 5 years experience):
· ASP.NET (using C#)
· SQL Server (2000/2005/2008)
· Test Driven Development (evidence may include rhino mocks, nUnit, nMock)
· Continuous integration of code and databases (evidence may include Team City, Cruise Control, NAnt, MSBuild, DB Deploy)
· Refactoring (evidence may include Resharper, Refactory)
· Pair programming
· Agile Methodologies (evidence may include XP, Scrum, Lean)
· Object Relational Mapping (NHibernate)
· OO Programming, OO Analysis and Design (Design Patterns)
· Version control (Subversion, Team Foundation Server, SourceSafe)
· Javascript, DHTML and AJAX
· HTML (cross browser)
