About You
To be considered for the role of European Marketing Manager you will be able to display significant knowledge in the following areas:
· Significant retail/wholesale marketing experience in a premium fashion/retail branded environment,
· Experience of maximizing brand-right consumer communications activities with channel-relevant sell-through concepts
· Experience of translating consumer insights into effective marketing communications
· Experience of marketing material development processes and purchasing of agency services
· Experience of project managing pan-European projects
· Experience of managing and maximizing budget
· Commercial experience preferred
· Additional European language(s) expected
· Experience of working in a US culture / organization an advantage
Key Responsibilities
As European Marketing Manager you be responsible for the following:
· Manage the development & distribution of consumer-focused & trade facing marketing communications programs
· Drive development of seasonal account marketing concepts by channel, in line with brand communications strategy, Retail & Franchise activity and seasonal focus categories
· Manage development and execution of sell-in packages & tools for Wholesale, including sales presenters, catalogues and input to seasonal brand marketing presentation
· Manage development and distribution of consumer-facing communications materials for Europe, driving brand advertising, direct marketing and online marketing activity
· Manage development and execution of brand-relevant consumer-facing programs or promotions to support conversion and sell-through in-store
· Evaluate impact and results of communications activities & marketing programs, providing recommendations for future actions & input to future seasonal strategy
· Ensure consistency of message through the line maximizing impact & ROI
· Provide ongoing guidance and support to Country Marketing Managers for seasonal marketing activities & materials ensuring alignment with brand strategy and seasonal focus
