Design Director integrated agency (retail) Soho £350 to £400 per day (£80,000 to £90,000 pa)

Leading integrated agency based in the heart of Soho is looking for a highly conceptual retail Design Director, Creative Director or Senior 3D Art Director. This is a rare opportunity to join a lively, tight-knit, creative agency that boasts a seriously impressive list of blue chip retail, FMCG and automotive clients.

Their largest retail account is growing at a rapid pace they are now the lead agency within the in-store retail sector and are looking to bring in an expert to take them to the next level on this global account.

As a Design Director or Creative Director at the top of your game you will be experienced at working on high profile retail account(s), ideally within specialist design and branding agencies. You will have devised campaigns that incorporate high-end window and in-store retail solutions, including 3D models, film projection, lights, large scale interactive graphics and in-store theatre.

Creativity and vision are key to this role, as is the ability to motivate a dedicated team of eight (Art Directors, Copywriters and Designers). You'll be able to communicate assertively and with gravitas at all levels.
