Our client, a global mobile telecoms company, is presently seeking an Online Customer Marketing Manager (for a 3 month contract) to drive the development and implementation of the company's online customer value strategy. This is an exciting role with an access to a large budget in which you will identify new marketing opportunities and develop existing activity to achieve continual commercial success and ensure a stand-out brand.
As the lead manager for this high profile project, you will:
·Contribute towards the overall Online Customer Marketing Strategy and be responsible for driving performance of all Online Customer Marketing activity.
·Oversee the development and delivery of a calendar of Online Customer Marketing activity.
·Develop an Online Customer Proposition that provides a base for customer development activity and experience.
·Work closely with the Customer Experience team and ensure a consistent customer experience across all online channels.
·Make recommendations based on insight to target specific consumer segments with relevant consumer marketing through effective channels.
To succeed in this position, you will be a commercially minded online marketing professional with expertise in Direct Marketing and campaign management. You will, of course, possess excellent all-round/well-rounded marketing skills, and be confident building relationships across this dynamic organisation and working with partner teams. This is an extremely varied role which will challenge your stakeholder management skills and ability to understand consumer's needs online. Ideally the suitable applicant for this position will have a strong level of experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing in a Web 2.0 environment.
