Develop Training Limited is a leading training provider to a variety of blue chip clients across the UK. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented, well-rounded Marketing Manager to join our team and support our aggressive growth plans.
This is a challenging and stimulating role where you will work to plan and implement a range of marketing activities across 5 Business Areas. You will ensure brand integrity, raise the company profile and increase sales revenues.
Job Specification
The role will involve:
• Direct Marketing/Campaign management
• Management of a Telesales Team
• Managing external supplier relationships
• Liaising with internal parties to establish and meet Business Unit needs
• Customer communications—internal and external
• Data research and procurement
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have excellent influencing skills, be very organized and have strong communications skills. Project management skills will be an asset in this role as is a flexible attitude.
You will be educated to degree level and ideally hold, or be working towards a CIM qualification.
You will have an excellent understanding of B2B marketing process and ideally have at least 2 years experience in B2B service marketing.
Literacy, numeracy and excellent computer skills are essential.
The package
In return you will receive a basic salary of £28,000 to £32,000, depending on experience plus benefits and the opportunity to receive performance-related bonus.
