We are looking for a Senior Account Manager or Junior Account Director to join this hugely successful marketing agency within their Direct Marketing team.

This agency is well established and employs over 300 individuals throughout the whole group and is now looking for their next Senior Account Manager to work on some nice retail accounts handling a mixture of direct marketing, online projects, POS, field marketing and promotions, all evolving around direct marketing activity.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing accounts either alone or as part of a team. You will be expected to quickly get to know the clients that you work with, understand their market sector, their business, the challenges they face and know how to best support them in delivering against their direct marketing requirements, alongside the team and you will be reporting to an Account Director.

You should have previous experience in account management, from either a direct marketing focused agency, or have worked on direct marketing campaigns alongside other aspects of the comms mix with knowledge of POS or field marketing an added advantage. Or it may be you have come from client side with a DM background.

You will need to be thorough, well organised with excellent verbal and written communications skills, showing high attention to detail and the confidence to develop excellent relationships with internal departments.
