Job Description

Quest Search and Selection is a highly successful nationwide recruitment consultancy that is a preferred recruitment supplier to an exceptional client base of some of the most high profile organisations in the UK as well as internationally. We recruit primarily in consumer facing markets such as retail, fashion, marketing and fast moving consumer goods and Quest is well established as one of the top performing businesses in these sectors. As a result of consistent success and expansion, we are looking for an ambitious and talented individual to join our marketing recruitment team based at our West London head office.

In this role, you will recruit marketing professionals into a range of major UK companies. This team works on extremely well established accounts, recruiting for very well known companies right up to director level. Joining this established desk, you will work with existing Quest clients as well as developing new contacts. You will work with autonomy and the results you achieve will be a direct result of your ability, enthusiasm and hard work. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience of recruiting within the sales or marketing sector or for someone who is currently working in the marketing sector themselves who is looking for a new challenge that utilises the knowledge they have already built up.
