Job Description

A full mix marketing opportunity has arisen at this well established builders merchants and retailer.

Working closely with the Customer Knowledge teams, you will be responsible for establishing a customer focussed marketing plan and strategy, concentrating on both short term and long term goals. Your particular focus will be on small and medium size builders, developing market priorities and strategies to mximise revenue from this customer base. You will work with agencies, trading teams and operations to deliver and implement and annual activity plan to support the overall marketing strategy.

Your other responsibilities will be:

- To establish key metrics and methods of evaluation for all major activity, using learning to improve future planning and improve ROI.
- To manage a team of 3.
- To manage the financial providing ongoing monitoring of spend versus budget.
