CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Receiving and interpreting campaign and analytical briefs and act accordingly.
· You will be responsible for running the 1-2-1 targeting models to identify the correct content for each customer.
· Senior analyst will also recommend and review the customer reward levels in line with business imperatives.
· Continuous application of business rules and the design of campaigns.
· Produce succinct and actionable campaign intelligence and performance reports.
· Responsible for managing a small team of analysts.
· To provide analytical support across all functions to realise business potential.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:-

· A genuine demonstrable interest in applications of analysis which will drive the marketing function forward.
· A proven track record of adding significant value to the business through intelligent customer insight.
· A good understanding of database management issues, design and manipulation.
· The ability to motivate, lead and be a role model for small team will be essential.
· A good degree with some statistical content is desirable.

THE PACKAGE: Basic salary of up to £40,000
LOCATION: Nottingham, East Midlands, Leicestershire, Derbyshire
