About the Role
As an Insight Analyst you will form a key part of the client account team as a main point of contact. You will support the client in understanding the dynamics of the customer experience and how to identify and overcome their challenges.
The role will require the following experience:
A strong analytical mind
An ability to identify trends in data, interpret and transform into actionable insights
You will be a strong team player working with both client and client account team
You will have a background in project management and be able to work to time scales
Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality deliverables will be essential.
