Research Analyst, Retail

Our client is the world's leading customer experience agency, working globally with some of the biggest retailers in the business to drive and improve customer loyalty. Their UK team is a small but perfectly formed group of highly-skilled and enthusiastic individuals, and they are seeking an SRE/RM with a good knowledge and experience of high street retail markets to join them. With your analytical abilities and strong client facing skills, you will be identifying key findings from a wealth of data sources, linking them together to deliver a clear picture of the customer to your clients in an insightful and creative manner. You must be totally conversant with Excel and SQL and be able to work on your own initiative, in addition to being a true team player with confidence and gusto.  This is an excellent opportunity to hone your analytical skills and show what you're made of in the ever-changing world of retail.
