About the Client

A full service market research agency based in London and looking to recruit an Associate Director to specifically lead a new Retail client account. The mission is to provide the client with direction on retail store development and layout  through the design and interpretation of quantitative research.

About the Role

As Associate Director you will lead the developments and management of an exciting new high profile retail account. Research projects will be mainly quantitative and will use consumer research and insights to guide the refurbishment and re-design of retail outlets.

The role will offer the opportunity to lead the client relationship, leading a team of research executives you will oversee the design of each individual research project and analysis and interpretation of results providing your client with engaging conclusions and business direction.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have proven client management relationships.  They will be able to deliver insight in a clear and compelling way and influence client thinking and decision making.  The role will be varied and challenging - a high level of quantitative research competency is a must.  The level of autonomy will be high to deliver great work and build close client and stakeholder relations.  That said, you will sit within a relatively small close-knit team, where senior help and input will be available.  This is an outstanding opportunity for someone to really make a different with a key client and progress their career within a highly successful agency.
