About the Client
Our client is a market research agency looking to appoint a Head of Media and Advertising Research to continue to build their UK expertise. This Market Research agency works with customised online and offline methodologies and has a client based comprised of global consumer brands.
About the Role
Within the role of Head of Media and Advertising Research you will report into the European HQ yet lead the office in the UK. You will work very closely with the European counterparts to support and lead innovation in research and methodology and build presence and strong client relations within the UK. Key responsibilities will involve:
Develop a business plan to ensure effective marketing of the research expertise given the dynamics of the UK market
Liaise with European counterparts to understand where relationships lie and how best to develop a global account
Spearhead the business development plans to raise the profile of the business within the UK
Lead the writing of proposals and business pitches
Manage and grow client relationships through offering expertise in media and communications research
Manage a team of business development and research professionals.
What We're Looking For
The role will require an individual with proven experience of expertise in media and advertising research. You will have a strong background in primary research and have used this to resolve business objectives.
You will have proven experience of growing client relationships and managing teams and be motivated by the prospect of supporting the growth of a global business.
