A leading supermarket retailer is seeking a brand customer manager to be responsible for brand market analysis and marketing projects.
An analytical role, the main responsibilities will be to:
- Test the brand standards against existing consumer research
- Commissioning new consumer research where appropriate
- Developing the criteria against which achievement of the brand standards will be measured
- To maintain an overview of key competitors across the supermarket / convenience sector, making proposals to adjust the brand standards to position at the forefront of the market
- Undertake market intelligence and competitor reviews through market research and other appropriate methods
- Monitor competitor web sites and media stories
- Undertake development projects within the designated store format to deliver incremental sales opportunities.
This role would suit a retail marketer or supplier side brand manager with consumer or competitor analysis experience. This is a project based role and is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to develop their consumer and brand marketing experience.
