Marketing Manager-EMEA
Based Brentford
Basic from £25k to £35k, plus benefits

A dynamic business to business marketer is needed to join Shred-it, the world’s largest mobile shredding and recycling country. You will be either an ambitious marketing executive looking to progress or a marketing manager looking to continue their personal growth in a global environment.

The Role
• Working with the Canadian office to deliver a clear branding message across the UK and Europe
• Participate in the global marketing planning process. Building a plan and budget for Europe concurrently with the global team.
• Provide input to global marketing planning and program development on behalf of the European business requirements.
• Obtain management agreement to annual plans and budgets.
• Manage the implementation of annual Marketing Plan.
• Manage the creative approval process.
• Assists and advise the Corporate and Franchise Branches in their individual marketing efforts.
• Work with sales team to provide sales materials and co-marketing materials for customers when required.
• Monitor the performance of the Marketing Plan and act to ensure delivery of desired outcomes.
• Track individual program results and ROI.
• Manage and provides regular budget reporting.
• Provide clear communications to branches with respect to marketing concepts, marketing plans and programs.

Skills needed
• Strong marketing background, ideally in B2B
• Proven success within project management
• Ability to manage third party agencies
• Strong planning and analytical skills
• Graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work in a multi cultural environment
• Ability to deliver a marketing message across Europe
• Ability to multi task in a driven environment
• Committed to further development
