This role would suit someone who has experience in product marketing/support within a B2B marketing environment and who has a real interest in technology or technologically led products.
You will be responsible for the effective communication of the product portfolio between the German HO and the UK marketing channels. You must have excellent internal communication skills.
Key tasks will include:
- Acting as the central point of contact for product information
- Ensureing each product profile is available and correct to help meet sales and marketing objectives
- Ensuring that product placement for both new and current products corresponds to identified market requirements
- Act as Central cocoordinator for sales forecasts to Head Office f rom all UK channels
- Provide technical/product information for new product launches
- Assist in the provision of effective marketing tools to support the marketing team and salesforce e.g. training presentations, samples, literature, demonstration equipment
- Manage introduction and discontinuation of product literature from HO publications to complement UK product portfolio, with bespoke alterations as required.
- Provide support for selected customer training and events
- Maintain the UK online catalogue
- Provide product information to support customer focussed newsletters
You should have a Degree (ideally in Marketing or Business Studies), be computer literate (in Word, Excel, PowerPoint), be able to multi-task, have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
A CIM qualification, German language skills or knowledge in SAP would be advantageous.
