The Role:
As interim Marketing Manager for this market leading high street fashion house, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 7 marketing specialist across the Instore / Store launches, Online, Membership, Marcoms, Branding and Sub-Branding areas. This is a very hands on role and applicants are expected to lead by example and support and motivate the team in order to ensure that all activity is implemented and achieved in time and on budget.

The Candidate:
Our client is looking for an individual with a very broad range of marketing skill - ideally covering the areas of Branding, PR, Marcoms and people management. A background within marketing for a major high street retailer is essential and applicants with experience and/or qualifications in fashion would have a distinct advantage. Our client needs a real team player here - not someone to come in a rock the boat, but to lead and direct the team through the next 12 months.
