Job Description

This leading high street retailer and manufacturer is looking for a marketing coordinator to join their brand marketing team. You will be responsible for the smooth running and day-to-day administration tasks for the marketing team.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide an efficient administrative service, including the typing of presentations and formation of spreadsheets as required.
- Responsible for accurate maintenance of product data in marketing-facing databases. Communicate all changes to specifications as required to relevant departments.
- Organise travel/accommodation/currency as requested by the category teams.
- Attend team meetings, type up and circulate minutes within an agreed time period when required.
- Keep all manual and computer based files in an organised manner.

You will be well educated with prior experience in administration and marketing, a keen eye for detail is a necessity. This is a fantastic entry level position for somebody looking to understand the marketing department of a large, successful company.
