My client is looking to recruit a Senior Ecommerce Manager to join their large retail organisation in the Manchester area. The prime responsibility of the role will be to drive and develop the online strategy for two of the companies brands and, in the short-term, represent both online and offline marketing in the transition to a new IT platform.
With relevant experience in a similar online role, you should be able to work in a fast moving environment, knowing how to meet tight deadlines and working with a variety of external suppliers and partners. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering the brands websites and KPI's.

The Senior Ecommerce manager will primarily be responsible for:

    -Developing an online strategy for two brands
    -Integrating with the offline marketing team to deliver a 360o view of the customer
    -Delivering a user friendly and commercial websites that constantly develops to improve KPIs
    -Driving quality traffic to the site via Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, and SEO, working within budgets and to sales targets.
    -Managing the online process from creative development and execution through to post campaign analysis and recommendations

The ideal candidate will have a solid b2c experience working for a digital agency or equivalent in-house role, preferably with direct experience of affiliates, PPC, SEO and product feeds.  
A strong background in online marketing is also essential, as well as an in depth knowledge of current and upcoming online marketing strategies and techniques through practical application and experience
