Investor Relations Manager

Our client is an exciting retailer based in Hampshire they are looking to take on an Investor Relations Manager
The main IR activities will comprise of liaison with City analysts and institutional investors so that the market is fully aware of developments in the organisation and hence able to value the Company on the basis of a comprehensive and accurate picture of all aspects of the enterprise.
In doing this, the department needs to ensure they communicate accurately and effectively with the City, that senior management are kept aware of market perceptions and that the Company maintains an appropriate market profile.
Role and Responsibilities
Preparing announcements of the Company's quarterly results
Contributing to and co-ordinating the compilation of key parts of the Annual Report.
Supporting Executive Directors in their communications with the professional investment community in both the UK and overseas ('the City') and undertaking such meetings.
Assisting on all projects as and when necessary
Maintaining day to day contact with the City, dealing with their enquiries
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency of investor relations function
Skills Required
Able to produce annual reports
Co-ordination of comments from Executive management for the trading updates
Good oral and written communication skills
Sound knowledge of computer software
Awareness of the importance of data protection
