A blue-chip client based in Worcestershire in the retail sector is currently recruiting for two Assistant Product Managers. In both roles you will look after specific product groups within mainstream product areas.
The role:
·To assist the product manager with supplier negotiation
·To assist with product sourcing via UK, Europe and Far Eastern markets
·Help develop strategies for product ranges
·Responsibility for promotional initiatives and store merchandising
The candidate:
·Be able to deliver marketing strategy and promotional plans
·Have a similar background ideally in a retail environment, but not essential
·Be able to identify gaps in the market and find solutions
·Be a creative thinker, results driven and a strong communicator
