COMPANY
One of the UK's leading high street retailers, with multimillion pound turnover and excellent reputation are seeking Assistant Product Managers to join their Head Office team.
ROLE
The Irish market is very specialist, and you will be required to liase with your Product Manager to collate and analyse extensive market data re: consumer requirments, sales trends and product popularity across both my clients stores and its competitors stores - before providing insightful and intelligent business plans on how to establish and grow the existing customer and product base.
You must have demonstrable experience of success in an analytical role.
You must be able to demonstrate an EXCELLENT degree of analytical and numerical ability as there will be extensive and difficult psychometric testing during an assessment centre. You must also be able to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness to be able to make sound decisions on product areas.
You will be required to frequently travel to Ireland, but there are excellent promotion and progession prospects.
It is also essential that you have a high level of interest in, and good level of understanding of cars/bikes etc.
PERSON
You must be degree qualfied or equivalent, and with excellent communication and numeracy skills. Previous commercial experience at a similar level in a retail environment is also highly desirable. You must possess a 'can-do' attitude and be willing to show a real commitment to the cause.[/PD]
