Our client is one of the country's leading internet clothing retailers. They are proud to include such brands as Nike, Timberland and Bench to name but a few. Their positioning and competitive edge is based on price and they work extremely hard to buy the right product at highly competitive prices in order to maintain their strong position in the market.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the online marketing strategy, as well as the online acquisition and retention of customers. You will also be responsible for delivering revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Management and monitoring of Search Marketing through natural (SEO) and paid search campaigns; optimization of conversion through search results.
· Develop relationships with Account Managers across our Online Marketing partners.
· Management of all affiliate partners including feeds and display advertising.
· Reporting on the performance of all Online Marketing Channels and partners, using a variety of tracking software.
· Development of all online marketing campaigns
· KPI's include growing incremental revenue across the online marketing mix and managing to a defined Cost per Order and Cost per Acquisition targets
· Responsible for all on and off-site messaging
· Responsible for the online marketing budget and overall site usage
· To manage the web research and online public relations functions
· To develop and implement the top level marketing strategy, as well as ongoing online PR, viral and other marketing tactics.
Candidate Requirements
· Relevant experience within retail sector would be advantageous
· Experience in website management
· Experience in online e-marketing strategies
· Team player - ability to build strong working relationships
· Self driven and results driven
· Ability to communicate well at all levels
· Able to deliver in a complex, highly demanding environment
· Able to gain trust, respect and confidence quickly
· Able to effectively influence and negotiate
