Job Description

Our client, a leading UK retail/fashion brand is looking for a creative online designer to join their creative team. The role involves designing innovative and creative concepts for all new web initiatives including websites, email marketing and web banners.

Other responsibilities also include presenting your designs and ideas to senior management, reviewing competitor sites and making recommendations to maintain the company's position as a market leader and working with the Product Teams to supports online product launches and publication previews.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a commercial environment and have a strong online portfolio. You will have a natural flair for design and creativity; good understanding of colour theory and how this applies to design; an eye for excellent photography; knowledge of how to apply type and a very good understanding of typography.

Skills in Adobe Photoshop and Abode Illustrator are essential. An understanding of HTML and experience of Flash is also a big advantage.
