Leading sports marketing agency is looking for an experienced Senior Account manager or Account Director to manage and develop the relationship with this large retail brand and their involvement in grass roots sport.

The Role:
· Account Director for this large retail sports account
· Identifying key strategy processes and guidance for the client and their road show events
· Developing the relationship and providing further business development opportunities
· Working with the clients 'elite sporting' brand ambassadors, in order to create maximum awareness for the campaign
· Management of an account team of 4
· Budget management control
· Potential involvement on a similar campaign for a huge financial organisation
· An understanding and passion for sport and sport business
The Person:
· A strategically minded Account Director
· Highly organised with the ability to multi project manage
· High level understanding of marketing strategy
· Strong management background
· Excellent attention to detail
· Expertise in strategic sponsorship activation
· Event execution experience
· First grade communication skills
· Retail experience a bonus
