Job Description

Having seen continuing success in recent years, and having recruited an exciting new marketing team, this leading convenience retailer is looking to bring on board a Brand Implementation Manager to assist with rebranding and in-store development.

Within the role, time spent in head office and time spent implementing projects in store will be around 50:50 so you must have your own transport and be flexible around travel. The other main requirements and responsibilities will be:
- Good experience with brand guidelines and customer journey guidelines, and experience of how to apply to stores.
- Retail experience is essential although food retail is preferred (but not essential)
- Experience of store development; store refurbishments and new store openings and applying brand guidelines, customer journey guidelines to the store.
- Strong influencing skills; you will need to influence store development team, especially the Project Manager, to ensure adherence to guidelines
