Customer Relationship Manager Music & Entertainment London £32,000 - £35,000 + benefits
This high profile company is synonymous with one of the most famous live entertainment venues in the UK as well as several other leading entertainment brands. As Customer Relationship Manager you'll be passionate about understanding customers and how the organisation communicates with them. You'll be guardian of the customer database, ensuring that campaigns are appropriately targeted, and will also grow the database across the company's different brands. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the implementation of the CRM plan;
- Implementing a customer loyalty programme;
- Increasing revenue per customer through effective marketing;
- Working with colleagues to ensure that all marketing activity makes best use of the customer database;
- Identifying customer behaviour and attributes that improve the brand's customer relationships
- Assist in developing new business opportunities (e.g. communities etc)
You'll need solid CRM and/or database marketing experience and will be passionate about understanding customer behaviour and effective segmentation and targeting. Ideally you'll also have experience in the entertainment, retail or music sectors, along with a good understanding of social media and networking.
