Job Description

Retail Marketing Manager required for a leading food service.

- Working for one of the world's largest retailers you will support the management of the retail shops estate, providing a set of retail tools that enable Operations to drive sales and profitability to meet budget targets.
- Contribute to the development of a retail shops strategy across the group in the UK and Ireland, in conjunction with the Retail team

Retail management responsibilities:
1. Delivery of a retail shop strategy that maximises potential sales and profitability.
2. Manage delivery of the shop retail brands in accordance with retail strategy, across: EPOS systems, category management, range management, space management, store layouts, promotional activity, consumer satisfaction tools and training.
3. Delivery of a retail marketing strategy that contributes to growth in customer numbers, average spend and consumer satisfaction.
4. Development of a retail forum strategy for each contract that engages all stakeholders in the delivery of consumer satisfaction targets.
5. Gaining agreement for retail KPI targets that cover the needs and expectations of all stakeholders.

Retail development:
1. Contribute to the retail shop brand strategy to drive expansion.
2. Provide impetus to purchasing team to gain supplier support for the category management process and promotional activity.
3. Contribute to the category management process to deliver sector specific ranges and planograms.

Provide consumer insight knowledge to establish a set of sector specific solutions that demonstrate to clients our retail expertise. The consumer insight tools will include exit surveys, discussions groups and interactive consumer service points.
