HVAC Sales and Marketing Director: Profitable and innovative manufacturer of commercial heating & ventilation products now require an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead 4 independant agents and a team of 15 area sales managers selling into contractors and specifiers across the UK. Previous experience of instilling a solutions-led sales approach for a HVAC manufacturer is highly desirable. Keywords: HVAC Sales Marketing Director heating & ventilation contractors specifiers.

 Our client is a profitable and innovative, market-leading manufacturer of commercial heating & ventilation products selling directly to the specification and contracting marketplace. With a strong history of product development and a dynamic approach to sales and customer service they have recently invested significant sums in technology and people with an objective of creating first class sales and customer service processes.

Due to the ever changing market place, green issues and renewable energy, they now require the services of a seasoned Sales and Marketing Director to manage and guide the business through this next key stage of its development. This role will require the successful sales and marketing director to play  a coaching & developing role ensuring that the strategic planning set out by the sales team is capitalised upon.

The successful candidate will have experience of instilling a solutions-led sales approach along with the ability to drive continuous improvement programs, along with solid experience of specification selling. Ideally candidates will have experience of using training skills and technology to link internal and external teams and develop a robust processes that will help drive sales forward. A knowledge of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering marketplace and Construction-HVAC industry is ESSENTIAL .
