Job Description

A leading supermarket retailer is seeking a brand development manager.

Main responsibilities will be to:
- Review the competitive offer in terms of range, price and promotions and seek to lead.
- Develop innovative market solutions appropriate to the designated store format.
- Identify category development opportunities and produce category strategy document.
- Maintain visual identity of the retail brand.
- Produce brand identity manuals and ensure it is adhered to throughout the business.
- Continually assess the current store format and develop / evolve to exceed consumer expectations.

This role would suit a retail brand marketing manager or a supplier side brand marketing manager with FMCG or food experience. This role is ideal for someone wanting to further their career and gain more experience in the supermarket / food retail sector. CIM diploma is desirable.
