An excellent opportunity has arisen from this market leading retailer for an experienced visual presentation and marketing manager. The role is aimed at developing and managing the retail environment and retail presentation strategy. These strategies serve as the underlying foundation for all presentation and display solutions developed for key customers and consumers.
The successful candidate will use their consumer insights and translate this to store organisation philosophy and the differing merchandising strategies between different retailers and channels. They will also provide direction on tactical guidelines such as branding, product presentation, store configuration, fixturing and retails colour palettes.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Taking ownership for developing the vision, objectives and strategy for presentation of branded products, with appreciation for the different retail customers and consumer insights.
- Strategy delivery; providing creative direction for all retail fixturing and presentation. concepts, achieving the balance between emotional theatre and functional solutions.
- Leading and coaching a team.
- Serving as a 'brand champion'; ensuring consistent and clear branding at retail.
- Acting as a communication link between product, marketing and sales.
You will be degree educated, preferably in related discipline such as marketing management, architecture, interior design or graphic design. You would ideally have worked for a retailer in space planning/visual merchandising, brand management or marketing management.
