Job Description

Marketing Assistant required for a leading retail company specialising in leisure products. You would be required to organise, implement and evaluate consumer and B2B advertising and promotional activity for the retail outlets.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

- Organise production of marketing communications
- Brief internal/external designers, print & media buying agencies
- Copy writing
- Budget management ·         Evaluate and determine the best local advertising methods
·         Promote national/local campaigns
·         Maximises publicity through local media, e.g. features, joint promotions
·         Organise events
·         Monitor and evaluate local advertising, promotions and events
·         Plan effective local marketing for all stores.
·         Manage Local Marketing Budget keeping a tight control on spend and re-allocation
·         Ensure all store advertising conforms to corporate standards
·         Organise store opening day activity, including lectures, food and giveaways
·         Organise seasonal projects
·         Support large accounts
Work closely with stores to help develop, monitor and evaluate all local consumer advertising and promotional activity
