You should have direct marketing experience gained in a consumer-marketing environment with responsibility for customer acquisition or lead generation. You should be degree qualified or equivalent, ideally with a Marketing Diploma and/or IDM but experience is more important. You should be a creative thinker, well organised with an obsessive eye for detail as well as being a good communicator and team player. A self-starter, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to set the direction and performance of the marketing channels under your control. Well-developed MS Office (particularly Excel) skills and a high standard of numeracy will also be necessary in this role.
